This notice explains how GIS — Global Inventory System (“GIS”, “we”) collects and uses the personal data you provide through this form.
1. Data we collect
Your name, work email, phone number, company, country, business type, store count, current system and product interests. We also record your event, fair code, form design, consent choices, notice version, submission time, IP address and browser information.
2. Event link tracking
If you arrived through a GIS event link, we record the event and campaign source, referrer or UTM data, a random visit token, and hashed IP and browser identifiers. The token lets us attribute a later registration to the correct event and link without using it to make a legally significant decision.
3. Why we use it
To contact you about the fair-exclusive offer, to prepare and deliver a product demonstration and onboarding, and — only if you tick the optional box — to send you related updates.
4. Legal basis and choices
We process the registration to take steps you request, administer the event, deliver your fair code, secure the form and measure campaign effectiveness. The required checkbox confirms that you have seen this notice; it is separate from the optional marketing consent, which starts unticked and can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Who we share it with
Authorised GIS staff and providers supporting hosting, CRM, security and transactional email, including Brevo where configured. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfer
Your data is processed in Thailand and may be accessed by our teams or providers in other countries under appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
Registration and consent evidence is kept while administering the event and for a proportionate follow-up, duplicate-prevention, reporting and legal-claims period. Redirect visits are kept for a limited campaign-measurement and security period.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Thailand’s PDPA) you may ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
9. Contact
