Privacy Notice
This notice explains how GIS — Global Inventory System (“GIS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects the personal data you give us through the fair-offer form on this site.

1. Who we are
GIS — Global Inventory System is an inventory and point-of-sale platform for jewellery retailers, operated by [Legal entity name, registration no.], [registered address], Thailand. For privacy questions, contact privacy@gis247.net.
2. What personal data we collect
When you submit the fair-offer form we collect the information you enter:
- First name and last name
- Work email address
- Phone number and its country / calling code
- Company name, business type, number of stores and country
- Your current ERP / POS system and the product areas you are interested in
- Your marketing preference and your acceptance of this notice
We also automatically record technical data: your IP address, browser and device information, the page you submitted from, and the date and time.
3. How we use it
- To contact you about the fair-exclusive offer and arrange a product demonstration and onboarding
- To create and send your fair code and set up your trial account
- To respond to your questions and provide support
- If you opted in, to send you related product updates — you can unsubscribe at any time
- To keep records, prevent abuse of the form, and meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you tick the boxes on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have started and in keeping our services secure. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time (see Your rights).
5. Cookies & similar technologies
This funnel page itself sets no tracking cookies. It loads the Urbanist web font from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving that request. [If you add analytics or advertising pixels, list them here and obtain consent as required.]
6. Who we share it with
- GIS staff who handle sales, onboarding and support
- Service providers acting on our instructions — hosting, CRM ([provider]), and email delivery ([provider]) — under written confidentiality and data-processing terms
- Professional advisers, or authorities, where required by law
- A successor entity in the event of a corporate reorganisation, merger or sale
7. International transfers
Your data is stored and processed in Thailand. Some of our providers may process it in other countries; where that happens we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) consistent with the PDPA.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to follow up and, after that, for [e.g. 24 months] for our business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires a different period.
9. How we protect it
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
10. Your rights
Subject to the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable law, you may ask us to:
- access a copy of your personal data, or receive it in a portable format
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- delete your data, or restrict or object to how we use it
- withdraw a consent you gave — this does not affect processing already carried out
To exercise a right, email privacy@gis247.net. We will respond within the time the law allows. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
11. Children
This form is for business contacts and is not directed to anyone under 20. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has submitted the form, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
