Terms of Use — Fair Offer
These terms govern the fair-exclusive offer that GIS — Global Inventory System promotes on this page in connection with the 74th Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair. By submitting the form you agree to them.

1. Acceptance
By ticking the consent box and submitting the form you confirm you have authority to act for the business you name and you accept these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not submit the form.
2. Who can claim
The offer is for jewellery retail, wholesale, manufacturing, chain-store and brand businesses that visit the 74th Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair, claimed either at our booth or through this form during the fair period. One claim per business. The offer is not transferable and has no cash value.
3. The fair-exclusive offer
Subject to these terms and to acceptance by GIS, an eligible business receives:
- a 90-day extended free trial of GIS (in place of the standard 14 days);
- free migration of its product catalogue and related data from spreadsheets or an existing system;
- a 1:1 onboarding session with a GIS retail specialist; and
- a 12-month price lock on the selected plan if the business subscribes.
GIS may verify eligibility, and may vary, limit or withdraw the offer at any time before a claim is accepted. The offer closes when the fair ends ([offer deadline]).
4. Free trial
The trial runs for 90 days from activation. No payment card is required to start it. At the end of the trial the account does not convert automatically; you choose whether to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, access ends and you may export your data (see Your responsibilities). GIS may end a trial early for misuse or breach of these terms.
5. Migration & onboarding
You are responsible for providing accurate, lawfully obtained data for migration and for having the right to share it with us. Timelines we give are estimates and depend on the quality and format of the data you supply. Onboarding sessions are scheduled by agreement.
6. 12-month price lock
If you subscribe under the offer, the recurring price for the plan you select is held for 12 months from activation. The price lock applies to that plan only; add-ons, usage-based charges, taxes and third-party costs are not covered, and GIS’s standard subscription terms otherwise apply. After 12 months standard pricing applies unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Ensure your use of customer and product data complies with applicable law, including the PDPA.
- Export any data you need before your trial or subscription ends.
8. Fees after the trial
Subscription fees, billing cycle and payment terms are set out in the order or subscription agreement you accept when you choose to subscribe. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Non-payment may lead to suspension.
9. Intellectual property
GIS and its licensors own all rights in the software, documentation and branding. You keep all rights in your own data. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to improve the service.
10. Event name
“Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair” and related names, logos and artwork are the property of their respective owner. GIS is an exhibitor and uses them only to identify the event. This offer is run by GIS and is not sponsored or endorsed by the fair organiser unless expressly stated.
11. Disclaimers
The trial and the offer are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, GIS makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GIS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from the offer or the trial. GIS’s total liability connected with the free offer and trial is limited to [THB amount / the fees you have paid, if any].
13. Suspension & termination
GIS may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or misuse, or where required by law. You may stop using the trial at any time.
14. Changes to these terms
GIS may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the trial after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of [Bangkok], Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
